The typeface used is Pecita (as made famous by the TV show) it is a script font and some names containing double letters such as "mm" will be fluid and curvaceous.

This personalised water bottle is hand wash only.

To look after your bottle we recommend wiping clean with warm water and soap. Please do not use bleach or soak excesively.

The bottles are NOT dishwasher safe.

Please do not fill the bottle with HOT/carbonated beverages.

Made to Order

Each wall sticker is made to order in the size, colour and design selected at checkout.

Please check your selected size, colour, design and any personalisation carefully before ordering, as your sticker will be produced specifically for your order.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, wall colour and surface finish. Sizes are approximate and based on the overall width and height of the design.

Made-to-order stickers cannot usually be returned for change of mind where the item supplied matches the order placed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Will it stick to my wall?

Our wall stickers work best on smooth, clean, dry, flat and fully cured surfaces.

They are not recommended for freshly painted walls, textured surfaces, damp or dusty walls, greasy surfaces, or low-adhesion paints such as wipe-clean, easy-clean, silk, anti-mould or some low-VOC finishes.

If your wall has been recently painted, please allow the paint to fully cure before applying your sticker. We recommend waiting at least 3–4 weeks, although some paints may need longer depending on the paint type and room conditions.

If a test sticker is supplied, apply it to the same area where the main sticker will be installed and leave it for at least 24 hours. If it lifts, curls, bubbles or does not bond properly, please do not apply the main sticker.

If you are unsure whether your surface is suitable, please contact us before applying your sticker.

Damage & Delivery Guarantee

We want every order to arrive safely and in perfect condition. Our 30 Day Damage & Delivery Guarantee covers orders that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or are confirmed as lost in transit.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the expected delivery date if your order has not arrived.

Please inspect your sticker before installation. If your item appears damaged, defective, incorrect or not as ordered, please contact us with clear photos before removing the backing paper or applying it.

Once a sticker has been removed from the backing paper, partially applied or fully installed, it can be difficult to confirm whether an issue was present on arrival or happened during installation.

Issues caused by application mistakes or unsuitable surfaces are not covered by this guarantee where the item itself was supplied correctly.

This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

Do they have clear/white outlines or backing?

No, our wall stickers are cut not printed so only the design is applied to the wall and there are no clear/white outlines or backing.

Do you have to apply the pieces separately?

No, our wall stickers come with pre-applied transfer paper so you can easily transfer the whole design to the wall in one go.

Are they safe for children?

Our wall stickers use non-toxic water-based adhesive so are safe and appropriate for kids rooms (or anywhere else)

Can they be installed on feshly painted walls?

Please leave freshly painted walls at least 2-3 weeks before installing your sticker (it's best to consult the paint manufacturer for more accurate cure times)

Can they be removed?

Yes, our wall stickers use removable adhesive so they can be removed without damaging paintwork or leaving sticky residue. Please note they cannot be reused once removed.
