Exchange & Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day NO RISK exchange or refund policy - this means that if you aren't satisfied with your item or if it's damaged/defective then we will send you a new item or refund as you prefer.
The policy covers items that arrive damaged/defective, items that are not up to the customers satisfaction and items that are lost in transit.
Unfortunately as our stickers are custom made to order this policy does not cover exchanges or refunds in the event that the customer changes their mind and either wants a different size/colour or simply no longer wants the item.
It is unacceptable to purchase items with the intention of returning them. For example ordering multiple sizes of an item to see which best fits the space and sending the rest back - sizes are labeled clearly on the items so please make sure to measure up and FREE colour samples are available on request.
We cannot be held responsible if a mistake is made during the application process - we provide full step-by-step documentation on how to apply our stickers so please read it carefully.
We also cannot be held responsible If the sticker has been applied directly to a surface that it will not adhere to for instance a recently painted wall, a textured surface or matt vinyl/silk/easy clean style paints that are designed so things don't stick to them.
The Exchange/Refund Process
- You have 30 days from the arrival of your item to contact us requesting an exchange/refund In the event that your item arrives damaged/defective
- please take a picture of the damaged/defective area before installation and send it to us via email/message along with a brief description of the problem.
- Once received we will identify the problem and offer a solution - in the event no solution is present we will immediately send you a new item or refund you as preferred
- You will not be required to return the damaged/defective item to us
